Huijing Holdings Company Limited (the Company, together with its subsidiaries, the Group) announced that with effect from 23 October 2025, Mr. Lun Chu Kwan has been appointed as an executive director. According to the announcement, Mr. Lun, aged 30, joined the Group in September 2024 and currently serves as an assistant to the Chairman of the Board, focusing on the Group’s sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Prior to joining, Mr. Lun worked as an assistant to a research fellow at Zhejiang University’s College of Computer Science and Technology from February 2021 to July 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advanced Chinese Studies and Economics from the University of New South Wales (2020) and a Master of Finance from Zhejiang University (June 2025). Mr. Lun is the son of the Group’s Chairman and non-executive director, and the brother of a vice president of the Group.

The newly appointed executive director has entered into a three-year initial term of service and will not receive additional remuneration for this role.
