China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (CHALIECO) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, covering the period ended 30 June 2026, with submission dated 6 July 2026.
CHALIECO’s authorised/registered share capital remained unchanged during the month. The company retained 399.48 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 2.59 billion A-shares listed in Shanghai, each with a par value of RMB 1. Aggregate authorised/registered share capital therefore stood steady at 2.99 billion shares.
