On March 10, Bank of Nanjing announced that it has received official approval from the Jiangsu Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration for Guo Jun to serve as a director of the company. Guo Jun's term as director will take effect from the date of approval and will last until the expiration of the current tenth board of directors' term.
