According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 3rd, Ruizhong Life Insurance increased its holding in Tsingtao Brew (00168) by 200,000 shares.
The purchase price was approximately HK$49.406 per share, resulting in a total investment of about HK$9.88 million.
Following this transaction, the insurer's total shareholding in the company has reached 52.432 million shares, representing an 8% stake.
