Stock News06-11

Boe Technology Group Co.,Ltd. (000725.SZ), also known as BOE, has issued a statement addressing its recent inclusion on a list released by the U.S. Department of Defense. The company noted that the U.S. Defense Department published a "Chinese Military Enterprise List" on June 8, 2026, which includes BOE.

The company stated that it is continuously dedicated to product and technological innovation, with its products and technologies widely applied in consumer electronics such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, monitors, and televisions.

BOE emphasized that it is neither a Chinese military enterprise nor a civil-military integration entity within China's defense industry, asserting that there is no valid justification for its inclusion on this list.

According to the company, the restrictions associated with the "Chinese Military Enterprise List" under relevant U.S. laws and regulations pertain specifically to U.S. defense procurement matters and do not prohibit any other parties from conducting business with the company.

The firm confirmed that its current production, operations, and various business activities are proceeding normally and are steadily advancing.
