On 15 April 2026, Softcare Limited announced a transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association.
Under the new framework, “Actionable Corporate Communications” — documents that require shareholder instructions, elections, or votes — will be sent individually via email. If a valid email address is not on record or is found to be non-functional, printed copies of the actionable materials will be dispatched together with a request form to capture a functional email address for future use.
General corporate communications, including annual, interim, and any quarterly reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms, will no longer be mailed by default. Instead, these materials will be posted on Softcare’s website (www.softcarehome.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). The company will not issue separate notices when new documents are uploaded; shareholders are encouraged to monitor the websites proactively.
To facilitate the switch, shareholders are urged to provide a current, working email address by completing the online form accessible via the QR code supplied in the circular—valid until 15 May 2026. Alternatively, shareholders may submit their email details at any time to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; email: 2698-ecom@vistra.com).
Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications, or those with difficulty accessing online documents, may request printed versions free of charge by notifying the share registrar in writing or via the same email address. The chosen preference will remain in effect until amended.
