The assets to be sold are located at No. 11, Huju Road No. 7, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, with a land use rights area of 10,332.7 square meters and a building area of 14,797.73 square meters. The transferee and transaction price for this deal have not yet been determined. The asset sale aims to optimize the company's resource allocation and revitalize existing asset inventory.
