SG Micro Schedules 29 October Board Meeting to Approve Q3 2026 Results

SG Micro Corp (the “Company”) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The agenda includes the review and approval of the Group’s third-quarter results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and consideration of their subsequent publication, along with other corporate matters.

The Board is currently composed of seven directors: Executive Directors Dr. Zhang Shilong (also Chairman and General Manager) and Ms. Zhang Qin; Non-executive Directors Mr. Lin Lin and Ms. Liu Ming; and Independent Non-executive Directors Dr. Du Meijie, Ms. Tang Chunlin and Mr. Chan Yik Pun.

The announcement was released from Beijing on 16 October 2026 and reaffirms the Company’s adherence to timely disclosure practices as required by Hong Kong listing regulations.
