Three A-Share Firms Announce Major Asset Restructuring Plans

On the evening of September 11, three A-share listed companies unveiled announcements regarding significant asset restructuring. Garden Stock plans to acquire the controlling stake in Hualan Micro via a combination of share issuance and cash payment. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring, leading to the suspension of its stock trading starting September 14 for a period not exceeding 10 trading days.

In a separate move, Youyan Silicon intends to purchase a 71.89% stake in Shandong Youyan Aisi through share issuance and cash, along with a 14.98% stake in Shandong Youyan Semiconductor via share issuance alone. Upon completion, both target companies will become its wholly-owned subsidiaries, with trading resuming on September 14.

Meanwhile, Xue Tian Salt Industry has proposed acquiring 100% of Hebei Kun Tian New Energy through share issuance and cash, alongside a fundraising component. This strategic move aims to enter the lithium battery anode materials sector, with its shares also set to resume trading on September 14. Notably, the final pricing for all three transactions has yet to be determined.
