Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (300408.SZ) has disclosed its intention to repurchase a portion of its A-shares through centralized bidding. The company plans to utilize its own funds or raised capital for this purpose.
The total amount allocated for the share repurchase is set at a minimum of 450 million yuan and a maximum of 900 million yuan. The price per share for the buyback will not exceed 135 yuan.
