The yield on 10-year Treasury notes rose to 2.758% from 2.713% Friday. Yields, which move in the opposite direction to bond prices, have climbed for four of the past five weeks.Twitter shares fell 4.4% in premarket trading after the company’s chief executive said Elon Musk had decided not to join the board. Tesla, where Mr. Musk is chief executive, fell 3.4%.Stock markets mostly dropped overseas. The yield on 10-year French government bonds rose to 1.297% from 1.257% Friday.Stocks in China tumbled as the economic toll of Covid-19 lockdowns in Shanghai and supply-chain disruptions in the country continued to mount. Bond yields have surged on the prospect of tighter monetary policy set by the Fed. The war in Ukraine, which is entering a new phase in the east of the country, has boosted commodity prices, adding to inflationary pressures.Investors will parse results from some of the biggest
