How can a big bank like DBS have such outrage in digital age? We are dependently on digital transfer and caused us anxiety to get transfers done. MAS should give them a hefty fine!

The banks might explore getting independant 3rd parties (Wepay, grabpay etc) to manage the e-wallets.
Their servers can be better utilised in 'critical area' and avoid massive time-sensitive volumeous small transactions.

Needless to say, our monies get robbed digitally. Hence i put less money in each bank. open as money accounts as possible and let 1000 as withdrawal limit.
