Hut 8 Mining Corp shares tumbled 6.00% in pre-market trading on Tuesday after the company reported disappointing second-quarter 2026 financial results.
The digital asset mining firm posted a net loss of USD 177.142 million, alongside an EBIT loss of USD 206.33 million. Revenue came in at USD 74.932 million, missing the consensus estimate of USD 80.7 million, according to IBES data.
The earnings miss and significant losses prompted a sharp sell-off, sending the stock down sharply ahead of the regular trading session.
