Standard Chartered PLC (STAN.UK) has announced that, on June 15, 2026, it granted 584,100 conditional rights to eligible employees under the company's 2021 Standard Chartered Share Plan. These rights entitle the holders to subscribe for ordinary shares in the company's share capital, each with a nominal value of US$0.50.
