China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited has set 30 June 2026 for a board meeting aimed at approving the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026. Directors will also deliberate on whether to recommend a final dividend.
The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director and Chairman Wang Bin, with participation from Vice Chairman Zhang Yi, Chief Executive Officer Chu Wei Ning, Executive Director Lam Sze Man, and Independent Non-executive Directors Chan Fong Kong Francis, Chan Kee Huen Michael and Feng Man.
