On December 19, the People's Bank of China Haixi Branch disclosed administrative penalties against Qinghai Qaidam Rural Commercial Bank. The bank was warned and fined 220,000 yuan for violating financial statistics, currency management, and fintech regulations.
The penalties were issued by the People's Bank of China Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Branch.
