CRRC Corporation Limited announced that its Board of Directors, at the eighth meeting of the fourth session held on 27 March 2026, approved the appointment of Wang Feng as President of the company. His tenure begins immediately and will run until the current Board’s term concludes.
Born in 1973, Wang Feng holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees and is a professorate senior engineer. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of CRRC (February 2024–March 2026) and currently acts as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director and General Manager of CRRC Group Co., Ltd. His earlier positions include Deputy General Manager of CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., Chairman of Changchun CRRC Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., and multiple senior posts at CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd.
The Board confirmed that Wang Feng: • Holds no shares in CRRC under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance definitions. • Has no reported relationships with existing directors, senior management, substantial shareholders, or the controlling shareholder. • Has not held directorships in any other Hong Kong- or overseas-listed companies in the past three years.
Wang Feng’s remuneration, covering his duties as President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, will be set in accordance with regulations issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Specific figures will be disclosed in CRRC’s forthcoming annual report.
Following this appointment, CRRC’s Board comprises Executive Directors Sun Yongcai and Wang An; Independent Non-Executive Directors Wang Xifeng, Ngai Ming Tak, Yang Jiayi and Zhang Zhenrong; Non-Executive Director Fan Bing; and Employee Director Yi Ran.
