In a recent announcement, Jiangxi Rural Commercial United Bank has unveiled plans to conduct a large-scale campus recruitment, aiming to hire 530 new graduates from domestic and international universities.
The recruitment initiative is divided into two main streams. The bank's headquarters plans to hire 15 management trainees, while its network of affiliated rural commercial banks intends to fill 515 positions.
The application window for all roles is open from July 7, 2026, until 12:00 noon on July 27, 2026.
Management Trainee Program Details
The 15 management trainees selected for the headquarters program will initially undergo foundational training and practical experience at one of the affiliated rural commercial banks. Upon successful completion and assessment, they will then take up positions at the Jiangxi Rural Commercial United Bank head office.
Candidates for this prestigious program must hold a master's degree or higher from a nationally recognized institution. Their undergraduate or graduate studies must have been completed at a university ranked within the top 100 in the latest Soft Science ranking of comprehensive Chinese universities or within the top 10 for specialized finance and economics institutions.
For candidates with international education, their undergraduate or graduate university must be ranked within the top 100 in the latest QS or Times Higher Education world university rankings.
The bank is seeking graduates from specific disciplines, including Economics and Trade, Finance and Taxation, Accounting and Auditing, Law, Mathematics and Statistics, Chinese Language and Literature, Business Administration, and Agricultural and Forestry Economics Management.
Affiliate Bank Positions
The 515 positions available across the network of affiliated rural commercial banks encompass several professional categories. These include specialized technical roles, finance and taxation positions, information technology jobs, and client manager roles.
