On April 2, a shareholder of HSC RESOURCES (01850) transferred shares from TF International Securities and Futures to Chi Fu Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HK$63.3088 million, representing 28.40% of the holdings.
According to the interim results of HSC RESOURCES, for the six months ended October 31, 2025, the company reported revenue of approximately HK$269 million, a decrease of 1.0% year-on-year. The loss attributable to owners was HK$2.97 million, shifting from a profit to a loss compared to the same period last year. The loss per share was HK1.72 cent.
