Moon Environment Technology Co.,Ltd. has issued a new announcement revealing that five senior executives, including director and President Zhao Baoguo, director and Executive President Shu Jianguo, Vice President Jiao Yuxue, Vice President Zhang Huiming, and Board Secretary Sun Xiuxin, intend to reduce their combined shareholdings by 210,411 shares, representing 0.0212% of the company's total shares, during the period from October 26, 2026, to January 25, 2027, through centralized bidding or block trades.

Under this reduction plan, Zhao Baoguo plans to sell 60,937 shares (0.0061% of total shares), Shu Jianguo intends to dispose of 36,562 shares (0.0037%), Jiao Yuxue aims to offload 39,788 shares (0.0040%), while Zhang Huiming and Sun Xiuxin each plan to reduce 36,562 shares (0.0037%). The proposed reduction quantities do not exceed 25% of each individual's respective shareholdings in the company, with the stated reason for all reductions being personal capital needs, and the shares originating from the company's 2023 restricted stock incentive plan grants.

The announcement notes that this reduction constitutes a routine divestment by certain directors and senior management members, which will not lead to any change in corporate control, nor will it materially affect the company's governance structure or its ongoing future operations.
