CR Medical Reports Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float in March 2026 Filing

China Resources Medical Holdings Company Limited (CR Medical) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming no movements in share capital during the month.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 3.04 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00025, translating to authorised capital of HKD 0.76 million.

Issued share capital also stayed flat at 1.30 billion shares. The company held no treasury shares as of month-end.

CR Medical affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

The filing indicated no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that could dilute equity. No Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were reported.

The return was signed by Company Secretary Chung Ming Fai on 1 April 2026.
