Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Limited (JNCEC) has reiterated its shift to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, according to a notice dated 28 April 2026. The initiative, first announced on 16 January 2024, covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Key details of the reminder are as follows:
1. Scope of e-delivery • Both English and Chinese versions of every future corporate communication will be posted exclusively on the company’s website (www.jncec.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). • Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.
2. Action required from non-registered shareholders • JNCEC has not yet received functional email addresses from certain non-registered shareholders. • These investors must contact their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—and provide an email address to ensure timely receipt of electronic documents.
3. Option to request hard copies • Shareholders preferring printed materials can complete and submit the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email jncec.ecom@computershare.com.hk with name, address and the specific request.
4. Investor support • Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.
The reminder underscores JNCEC’s ongoing adoption of digital channels, aiming to enhance communication efficiency while reducing paper consumption.
