Air China Limited (HKEX: 00753) has announced the appointment of Mr. Fu Fangxing to the position of Chief Accountant for the company.
The decision was made by the board of directors on June 29, 2026, following prior review and approval by the board's nomination committee as well as its audit and risk management committee.
