Shares of LandBridge Co. LLC (LB) surged 5.71% in after-hours trading on Wednesday, following the release of its second-quarter 2026 financial results that handily beat analyst expectations.
The company reported revenue of $66.8 million, up 41% year-over-year, exceeding the consensus estimate of $60.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $59.8 million, well above the $54.1 million forecast, with an impressive margin of 89%. Net income rose 68% year-over-year to $31 million. The strong performance was driven by higher surface use royalties, increased produced water volumes, and robust oil and gas royalty revenue.
LandBridge also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook of $210 million to $230 million. Additionally, the company highlighted growing momentum in digital infrastructure, with late-stage negotiations involving over 10 GW of power projects, further bolstering investor confidence.
