Lendlease Global Commercial REIT prices 120 million Singapore dollar perpetual securities

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (JYEU) said on Apr, 14 2026 that its trustee, DBS Trustee Limited, has priced 120 million Singapore dollars of 4.28% fixed-rate perpetual securities under its 1 billion Singapore dollar multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The perpetual securities, to be issued on Apr, 23 2026 in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars, carry semi-annual distributions until the first reset date on Apr, 23 2029 and may be redeemed at the issuer’s option from that date or on any subsequent distribution payment date.

Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings, including the outstanding 200 million Singapore dollar fixed-rate subordinated perpetual securities.

Listing and quotation of the new securities on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are expected on or about Apr, 24 2026.
