As of 14:00 today, the national average wholesale price for pork in agricultural product markets was 14.93 yuan per kilogram, up 0.3% from yesterday. Beef was priced at 66.57 yuan/kg, rising 0.3%. Mutton cost 64.48 yuan/kg, increasing 0.6%. Eggs were at 9.13 yuan/kg, up 0.6%. The price for dressed chicken was 16.75 yuan/kg, down 2.0%.
The average price for 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.19 yuan/kg, a decline of 0.2% from the previous day. The average price for 6 key monitored fruit varieties was 7.82 yuan/kg, rising 0.4%.
Crucian carp was priced at 20.12 yuan/kg, down 0.6%. Carp cost 15.05 yuan/kg, up 1.3%. Silver carp was 10.08 yuan/kg, falling 4.3%. Large hairtail was 41.67 yuan/kg, increasing 0.5%.
Among the 46 key monitored varieties in the domestic fresh agricultural product wholesale markets today, the top five items with the largest price increases compared to yesterday were Kyoho grapes, cabbage, scallions, spinach, and large yellow croaker, with increases of 2.4%, 2.3%, 1.9%, 1.8%, and 1.7%, respectively.
The top five items with the largest price decreases were silver carp, cowpeas, pumpkin, watermelon, and eggplant, with declines of 4.3%, 2.9%, 2.8%, 2.8%, and 2.4%, respectively.
