The East China Business Headquarters of Kunlun Trust has successfully implemented a catering collaboration project for gas stations operated by PetroChina Hunan Sales Company. On April 17, the headquarters successfully facilitated the launch of the "Kunlun Asset Management Xincheng Catering Series Loan Fixed Income Trust Plan." This marks a substantive breakthrough in the first cooperation between the trust and PetroChina Hunan Sales Company (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Sales") in the gas station catering business sector. It also represents renewed collaboration following their previous partnership in 2025 to renovate highway service areas.
The total scale of this project is 1.8 million yuan, with funds specifically allocated to support the construction and renovation of a Dicos restaurant at the Hanpu integrated energy station owned by Hunan Sales. The project operates using a "Trust + SPV" model, effectively connecting social capital with the physical project. The trust provides compliant financial instruments and capital, while the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is responsible for the efficient execution of the project. Hunan Sales leverages its site and operational advantages to achieve rapid implementation and professional operation of the catering project, forming a cooperative paradigm with clear responsibilities and complementary strengths.
This model is designed to assist the principal business unit in accelerating its layout in the new non-fuel business segment, deeply exploring the value and business format innovation potential of the gas station scenario, and ultimately forming a "People-Vehicle-Life" ecosystem. In the future, based on the operational results of this pilot project, Hunan Sales will gradually select and promote this cooperative model to more eligible stations. The East China Business Headquarters will continue to utilize the flexible advantages of the trust system, deepen innovative practices in industry-finance integration, and persistently provide financial impetus to help principal business units expand their ecological boundaries and upgrade their services to the real economy.
