Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company website (http://www.tayanggroup.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging non-registered shareholders to submit email addresses to Ta Yang Group via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications, rather than printed letters. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request. Written requests to receive printed materials remain valid for one year unless revoked or replaced earlier; shareholders wishing to continue receiving hard copies thereafter must submit a new request.

For enquiries, shareholders can contact Union Registrars Limited at (852) 2849 3399 during business hours. The notice was issued on 30 September 2026 under the authority of Chairlady Shi Qi.
