E&P Global Holds Authorised Capital at HKD 1.00 Billion; July Issued Shares Stable at 13.09 Billion

E&P Global Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for 31 July 2026, confirming no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the period.

Authorised share capital remained at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 13.09 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. As a result, total issued shares also stood at 13.09 billion.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, and reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments in July.

Director Im Jonghak submitted the return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026, attesting that all regulatory and listing rule obligations related to the issuer’s securities continue to be satisfied.
