On April 15, the "Intelligent Health, Leading the Future" Health Management Innovation Summit was successfully held. The event was jointly hosted by XUNFEIHEALTH (02506), UGA Health International Limited, and Centre Testing International Group Co.,Ltd. (300012), with support from Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), the Hong Kong Productivity Council, and Invest Hong Kong. During the summit, XUNFEIHEALTH, UGA Health, and Centre Testing International formally established a deep strategic partnership and simultaneously launched a collaborative project based at the Hong Kong Science Park. This initiative aims to jointly drive the transformation of the health management industry towards precision, intelligence, and preventive care, marking a new chapter in the development of the longevity health industry.

In his opening speech, Mr. Wong Ping-siu, CEO of HKSTP, expressed strong approval for the cross-sector collaboration. He stated, "Today's event demonstrates the powerful integration of XUNFEIHEALTH, UGA Health, and Centre Testing International, combining healthcare experience, internationally recognized testing and certification capabilities, and top-tier artificial intelligence technology. This highlights the crucial role of the Science Park as an innovation platform. By connecting healthcare, research, and technology enterprises, we are promoting a shift in health management from 'treating disease' to 'prevention-first, people-centric' longevity solutions, while also strengthening the local innovation ecosystem." Mr. Wong further noted that as a leading innovation hub in Asia, HKSTP currently supports over 300 life sciences and health technology companies. The park houses a Biomedical Technology Support Centre spanning 22,000 square feet and equipped with more than 300 sets of advanced instruments. It also collaborates with the Hospital Authority on a data platform to accelerate AI applications. Looking ahead, HKSTP will deepen industry-academia-research collaboration, attract more enterprises and talent, help position Hong Kong as a global health technology hub, and facilitate the expansion of technologies into the Greater Bay Area and global markets.

Mr. Tao Xiaodong, President of XUNFEIHEALTH, stated in his speech, "Artificial intelligence is the core force driving transformation in the health industry, effectively addressing industry pain points such as uneven distribution of medical resources and insufficient supply of health services. Since its establishment in 2016, XUNFEIHEALTH has consistently focused on core medical scenarios, comprehensively empowering diagnosis and treatment with AI. After nearly a decade of dedicated effort, our services now cover 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, serving over 250,000 primary care doctors and more than 600 graded hospitals, accumulating solid technical strength and clinical application experience. The company has always regarded Hong Kong as a strategic pivot for its international layout. We have previously launched the international version of the Spark Medical Large Model and the Hong Kong version of the personal health assistant 'Xunfei Xiaoyi' in Hong Kong, providing technical support for full-cycle health management for Hong Kong citizens and assisting in the digital and intelligent upgrade of the local health industry."

The core goal of human health development is not simply to extend life expectancy, but to increase healthy life years. While average life expectancy continues to rise, the increase in healthy life years lags significantly behind. This reality underscores the growing strategic value of proactive health management, early screening, and early intervention. XUNFEIHEALTH is driving a comprehensive upgrade of its business focus from "treating illness" to "preventing illness," adhering to a prevention-first approach to reduce the risk of disease occurrence and development at the source.

Regarding the tripartite collaboration, Mr. Tao pointed out that basing the project at the Hong Kong Science Park is a critical step for complementary advantages and collaborative innovation. The three parties will deeply integrate Centre Testing International's high-quality data, UGA Health's professional service capabilities, and XUNFEIHEALTH's clinical knowledge and core AI technology to build a full-chain collaborative closed loop of "high-quality data + expert knowledge + intelligent services." "We will use Hong Kong as a pilot, strictly adhere to compliance, uphold professional prudence, and strive to create an innovative health management service model that is replicable and scalable globally, leading the industry into a new era of individualization and precision," Mr. Tao added.

Mr. Kwok Wing-shun, CEO of UGA Health International Limited, said, "UGA Health upholds the concept of 'preventing illness,' advocating that health management, like wealth, should be accumulated over the long term, emphasizing pre-emptive intervention before disease onset. The company announces a strategic collaboration with Centre Testing International and XUNFEIHEALTH to integrate functional medicine testing and create a precise, personalized closed-loop ecosystem for health management." Mr. Kwok further stated that through its presence at the Science Park and the use of advanced wearable devices, Alpha Care aims to popularize "proactive health management" for every family, optimizing life capital from the source. Its ultimate vision is to enable the public, through continuous management, to enjoy an energetic long life even in their later years, achieving the goal that "health is the greatest wealth."

Mr. Shentu Xianzhong, President of Centre Testing International Group Co.,Ltd., emphasized, "Today's tripartite collaboration between Centre Testing Group, UGA Health, and XUNFEIHEALTH on 'AI + Functional Medicine' marks a new milestone for health management models. As a leading third-party testing organization in China, Centre Testing holds over a 70% market share in functional medicine testing, with a cumulative sample size exceeding 500,000 cases, providing the most reliable data foundation for this cooperation." He stressed that future health management should shift from "treating disease" to "preventing illness" and "proactive health management." By combining Centre Testing's precise detection, XUNFEIHEALTH's AI technology, and UGA Health's personalized services, the three parties will establish a full-value-chain closed loop from testing and AI analysis to nutritional intervention. He noted that the Hong Kong Science Park is a key window for Centre Testing's global expansion. Leveraging its international scientific research resources, the company is committed to developing an 'AI Functional Health Platform' and promoting its commercialization. With support from government agencies, the aim is to set a new global benchmark in longevity health management and enhance public quality of life.

The event featured keynote speeches and panel discussions focusing on innovative approaches in the longevity and health management sector, bringing together leaders from health technology, functional medicine, wearable technology, and related industries to share cutting-edge insights and best practices. Keynote addresses concentrated on the development of functional medicine and how it facilitates the industry's shift towards prevention. Panel discussions explored themes such as "Advanced Testing and Proactive Health Management" and "AI Empowering a New Era of Personalized Health."

During a panel discussion, Mr. Ren Yong, Deputy Director of XUNFEIHEALTH's Hong Kong Research Institute, stated that AI is driving health management from fragmented monitoring towards systematic, comprehensive services. By leveraging multi-dimensional health data integration and large model technology, XUNFEIHEALTH is building a precise, continuous, and intelligent health management system, positioning AI as a key support for assisting clinical decision-making, optimizing health interventions, and connecting healthcare providers and patients. Building on Hong Kong's international platform, XUNFEIHEALTH will continue to advance the deep adaptation of medical AI to international standards and local scenarios, empowering personalized health services through technological innovation.

As an international innovation hub, Hong Kong serves as a vital window for XUNFEIHEALTH to connect with global markets. XUNFEIHEALTH will use Hong Kong as a core base to establish a digital health governance system compliant with international norms, creating a replicable, scalable global model for health management. Leveraging AI technology, the company aims to contribute to the high-quality development of the global health industry.

Looking forward, XUNFEIHEALTH will continue to leverage its leading position in the AI industry chain. Together with partners and driven by technological innovation as the core engine, it will deepen the research, development, and application of medical large models, accelerate the deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies with the healthcare industry, and contribute wisdom and strength to improving medical quality and resource balance in Hong Kong and globally.
