Beauty Farm Completes HKD 0.26 Million Share Buyback, Trimming Free Float by 0.0054%

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. disclosed a minor share repurchase on 23 July 2026, filing a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

The company bought back 13,500 ordinary shares on-market at prices ranging from HKD 19.30 to HKD 19.50, for a total consideration of HKD 0.26 million. The transaction reduced Beauty Farm’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0054%, from 248.16 million to 248.15 million shares. Concurrently, treasury share holdings rose to 3.44 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

The buyback forms part of a repurchase mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 370,500 shares, equating to 0.1491% of the share count when the mandate was granted. In line with HKEX rules, Beauty Farm is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 22 August 2026.

Management confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
