According to the announcement, total authorized share capital remained at USD 50,000, comprising 4.50 billion Class A ordinary shares and 500.00 million Class B ordinary shares, both with a par value of USD 0.00001 each.
As of 28 February 2026, the number of issued Class A ordinary shares stood at 972.51 million, and Class B ordinary shares totaled 54.81 million, with no change from the previous month. Public float requirements continue to be satisfied at a minimum listing threshold of 15%.
Under the 2018 Share Plan, Class A share options decreased from 94.76 million to 94.65 million due to the lapse of 0.11 million options, and share awards declined from 35.92 million to 35.84 million following the lapse of 0.08 million awards. No new shares were issued during this period. The plan will not grant further share options or share awards after the November 2025 listing.
