Deep News09-11

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and fulfill the policy requirements of the capital market's new "Nine Articles," and to build a deep dialogue platform between listed companies and investors, helping investors gain in-depth understanding of chip design companies' core competitiveness and development strategies, on September 10, 2025, under the guidance of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Fujian Securities and Futures Industry Association, and Fujian Listed Companies Association, Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd. organized an "I am a Shareholder" investor education activity for investors to visit listed company Rockchip Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603893).

At the beginning of the activity, investors entered Rockchip Electronics' modern corporate culture exhibition hall. Through graphic displays, physical product exhibitions, and multimedia demonstrations, investors systematically learned about Rockchip's development journey—from its early establishment focusing on repeater, MP3/MP4, and tablet processor development, to becoming an artificial intelligence Internet of Things chip design enterprise covering multiple fields including automotive electronics, machine vision, industrial control, commercial displays, smart office, and smart home applications. Under detailed explanations from company representatives, investors gained deeper insights into the company's innovative application cases of chips in the AIoT field.

After the tour, Ms. Lin Yuqiu, Board Secretary of Rockchip Electronics, along with other company leaders, engaged in in-depth discussions with investors on core topics related to the company's business development. Investors actively asked questions based on industry trends and their concerns, including the company's 2025 first-half operating performance, competitive advantages of main products, R&D investment directions and achievement transformation, downstream application market expansion plans, and opportunities and challenges in the domestic substitution process of the chip industry. Company management responded patiently to each question, sharing the company's business strategies and future development layout with a candid and pragmatic attitude.

At the end of the discussion, the Deputy Secretary-General of Fujian Securities and Futures Industry Association presented Rockchip Electronics with a commemorative cup for the Shanghai Stock Exchange's "I am a Shareholder" activity, marking the successful conclusion of this investor education event.

The on-site communication atmosphere was enthusiastic and harmonious, with investors highly praising the experience of close contact with the listed company. Several investors commented: "Through field observation and face-to-face communication, I not only clearly saw Rockchip's solid strength in chip technology R&D, but also deeply understood the company's strategic planning in the wave of domestic substitution. This immersive shareholder experience allowed us to see the management team's clear planning in technology R&D and market expansion, while also strengthening our confidence in the company's long-term development. Finally, we sincerely thank the exchange and Industrial Securities for organizing such meaningful activities, and hope to have opportunities to participate again in the future."
