(SZSE: 300059) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Tian Tian Fund Distribution Co., Ltd., has renewed its cooperation with China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Shanghai Branch. This renewal is due to the subsidiary's ongoing business development requirements.

The new cooperation agreement is set for a one-year term. Under this arrangement, the bank will provide a comprehensive credit facility to Tian Tian Fund. The parent company, East Money Information, will serve as an irrevocable joint liability guarantor for this credit line.

The maximum secured liability amount is capped at 4 billion yuan in principal, plus any accrued interest on the primary debt, along with other payable amounts as stipulated within the guarantee contract's scope.
