Bulletin Express04-09 23:01

Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD) has released a revised form of proxy for use at its 2026 Second Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (EGM), scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 21 April 2026. The meeting will be held at Building BIGGER, Modern MOMA, No. 1 Xiangheyuan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing.

Key agenda items—tabled as special resolutions—include: 1. Adoption of a new Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme. 2. Granting the Board full authority to manage all matters related to the RSU Scheme. 3. Approval of the overall Scheme Limit. 4. Approval of a Service Provider Sublimit within the RSU framework.

Shareholders who wish to vote by proxy must submit the revised proxy form—together with any accompanying authorization documents—no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 20 April 2026 (24 hours before the meeting). Holders of H Shares should lodge forms with Tricor Investor Services Limited in Hong Kong, while Domestic Shareholders should deliver forms to the company’s principal place of business in Beijing.

The company stresses that any previously submitted original proxy form will remain valid unless superseded by the newly completed revised form received before the stated deadline. Each share carries one vote, and shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another individual as proxy. Failure to mark voting preferences on the form will allow the appointed proxy to vote at their discretion.
