JSMART TECH (00567) has announced a strategic cooperation agreement with SVA Distribution Limited, marking a significant move to expand into embodied intelligence, AI computing power, storage, chip, and server-related businesses.
The company disclosed that, given the rapid development phase of the artificial intelligence (AI) and embodied intelligence markets, immense business opportunities and growth potential have emerged. The group's current operations include the manufacturing and trading of printed circuit boards (PCBs), which serve as critical core components for AI servers, computing storage devices, chips, and robot hardware. Leveraging its accumulated technical expertise, the group plans to strategically extend its main business toward high-value segments along the PCB industry chain, both upstream and downstream. This initiative aims to diversify revenue streams, seize industry development opportunities, and create long-term value for the company and its shareholders.
To implement this business strategy, the group entered into a cooperation agreement with SVA Distribution Limited (referred to as "SVA") on September 21, 2026. Under the agreement, the company and SVA intend to pursue comprehensive collaboration in the following areas:
Embodied Intelligence Business
SVA will leverage its extensive market and customer resource advantages, along with its status as an AGIBOT distributor, to work closely with the group in jointly expanding the intelligent robotics market across Hong Kong, Macau, and the Asia-Pacific region. The scope of cooperation includes product research and development, customized development, marketing and promotion, equipment leasing, and manufacturing, with the goal of delivering a rich portfolio of embodied intelligence products and one-stop solutions to customers.
AI Computing Power and Storage Business
Both parties will join forces to expand AI-related computing power, storage, chip, and server businesses. The collaboration model will combine the group's strengths in PCB research, manufacturing, and technology with SVA's advantages in market channels, customer resources, project implementation, and value-added technical services. Together, they aim to provide high-quality technology products and comprehensive solutions to government agencies, public institutions, and commercial enterprises.
SVA is a leading value-added technology solutions provider established in Hong Kong in 2018. With years of experience in technology product development, sales, and marketing, SVA's business network covers the Greater Bay Area and the Asia-Pacific region.
