ONEWO Spends HKD 25.30 Million on August Share Buy-back; Outstanding Shares Slip to 1.15 Billion

ONEWO Inc. disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it repurchased 1.33 million H-shares during 25–31 August 2026, moving the shares into treasury and reducing the company’s outstanding share count to 1.15 billion.

The repurchases were executed across five trading sessions at prices ranging from HKD 18.44 to HKD 19.31 per share, for a total cash outlay of approximately HKD 25.30 million, implying an average buy-back price of HKD 18.95. Treasury shares rose to 18.40 million, while total issued capital remained unchanged at 1.17 billion shares.

ONEWO affirmed that it continues to meet its minimum public-float requirement of 10%, consistent with the waiver terms granted at listing.
