Domestic fuel stations are scheduled to adjust oil prices at 24:00 on August 28th (next Friday evening). The current statistical cycle for this adjustment spans 10 working days, and only three days of data have been tallied so far. Influenced by the continued rise in international oil prices today, the crude oil change rate has reached 5.33%, with an estimated increase of 290 yuan per ton in fuel prices. Based on this projected rise, gasoline and diesel prices are expected to climb again by 0.22 yuan to 0.26 yuan per liter.
However, it is important to note that several statistical days remain in the pricing cycle, leaving room for variability. If international crude oil prices experience a rapid rebound in the coming days, the current projected increase may narrow. Whether the adjustment is ultimately implemented and the exact scale of the price change will depend on the official announcement from the National Development and Reform Commission.
