Hong Kong–listed pharmaceutical group The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited (UNITED LAB) announced that Executive Director Ms. Zhu Su Yan will resign effective 15 May 2026 in order to devote more time to personal matters.

Ms. Zhu joined the Group in 1995 and has held senior roles including Vice President, General Manager of the China Sales Division of Finished Products, Vice President of the National Hospital Development Department, and Regional Manager of Jiangsu Province. She was appointed to the Board in November 2010 and is credited with strengthening the sales and marketing of the Group’s pharmaceutical products in mainland China.

According to the filing, Ms. Zhu confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed its sincere gratitude for her contributions over more than three decades of service.

Following the resignation, UNITED LAB’s Board will comprise five executive directors—Mr. Tsoi Hoi Shan (Chairman), Mr. Leung Wing Hon, Ms. Choy Siu Chit, Mr. Fang Yu Ping, and Ms. Zou Xian Hong—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Chong Peng Oon, Prof. Song Ming, and Dr. Fu Qiushi.
