MILLENNIUM PG AGM: FY25 Results, Director Re-elections, Dual Share Mandates and Company Name Change All Pass with 100% Support

Millennium Pacific Group Holdings Limited (“MILLENNIUM PG”) reported complete shareholder approval on every item at its Annual General Meeting held on 22 June 2026. All six resolutions—five ordinary and one special—were carried by poll with 10.24 million votes cast entirely in favour, representing approximately 4.94% of the company’s 207.23 million issued shares.

Key approvals:

1. FY25 Financial Statements • Shareholders received and adopted the audited financial statements and the directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Executive Director Mr Chen Yiliang and Independent Non-Executive Director Ms Zhi Jiangbo were both re-elected. • The Board was authorised to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor Re-appointment • McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited was re-appointed as external auditor, with remuneration to be fixed by the Board.

4. Capital Management Mandates • A 10% share repurchase mandate and a 20% general issuance mandate were granted. • An extension mandate allows the Board to issue additional shares up to the amount repurchased under the buy-back authority.

5. Corporate Identity • A special resolution approving the proposed change of company name received unanimous support, exceeding the 75% threshold required for special resolutions.

Governance and Process Highlights:

• No shareholders were required to abstain, and no votes were cast against any resolution. • Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer. • Executive Director Mr Chen Yiliang attended in person, while the remaining board members participated via teleconference.

The results underscore strong shareholder confidence in MILLENNIUM PG’s governance and strategic flexibility ahead of the forthcoming financial year.
