On April 3, 2026, Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co.,Ltd., its controlling shareholder Shuangliang Group, and related responsible parties received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. Investors who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in compensation claims: those who bought shares between 1:25 PM and market close on February 12, 2026, and sold or held shares after February 13, 2026, incurring losses.

The incident originated on February 12, 2026, when Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co.,Ltd. published a message on its WeChat official account claiming its products would be used in an expansion project at a SpaceX launch base. Following this announcement, the company's stock price surged to the daily limit shortly after the afternoon trading session opened, attracting significant market attention. However, subsequent disclosures revealed the project order amounted to approximately 13.923 million yuan, representing only 0.11% of the company's total revenue. The company was also identified as a non-exclusive indirect supplier, with the related business being relatively small-scale and not constituting the major cooperation implied by the market's initial reaction.

On February 27, 2026, Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co.,Ltd. announced it was under investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected misleading information disclosure and other regulatory violations. Subsequently, on March 14, the company's controlling shareholder, Shuangliang Group, was also investigated by the CSRC for the same matter. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau found that the content published on the company's WeChat account involved operational information such as business expansion, customer relationships, and product applications, and that commercial aerospace is a market-sensitive sector. These details were deemed relevant to investors' value judgments and investment decisions. The regulator noted that the company and its controlling shareholder failed to adequately disclose critical information, including the small order size, low business proportion, the company's non-exclusive indirect supplier role, and the incidental nature of the business, when publishing information on the WeChat account, resulting in misleading disclosures.

Ultimately, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau imposed a total fine of 13 million yuan on Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co.,Ltd., its board secretary, Shuangliang Group, and related brand personnel. This incident serves as a reminder to listed companies that all information disclosure, whether mandatory or voluntary, must be truthful, accurate, and complete to avoid misleading investors through insufficient or unbalanced statements.
