Baidu's Robin Li Vows Continued Investment to Advance Full-Stack "Chip-Cloud-Model-Agent" Evolution

At the Create 2026 Baidu AI Developer Conference held today, Baidu founder Robin Li stated that AI is not just a model; it is a system and a new generation of computing. As a platform company, Baidu has built comprehensive "Chip-Cloud-Model-Agent" full-stack capabilities to support the proliferation of intelligent agent applications.

Li proposed that the entire underlying infrastructure must be rebuilt for this new entity—the intelligent agent—to facilitate its invocation. "To better serve our customers, users, developers, and partners, we will continue to invest, strengthen our full-stack capabilities, build intelligent agent-native infrastructure, and achieve the comprehensive evolution of Chip-Cloud-Model-Agent!"
