VSING (08292) has issued an announcement concerning a change in its board composition.
Following the results of voting at the company's Annual General Meeting, Ms. Zhang Caihong has stepped down from her position as an independent non-executive director, effective upon the conclusion of the meeting.
Consequent to her departure from the board, Ms. Zhang has also ceased to be a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee as of the end of the AGM.
