At the "12th National After-Sales Service Conference" held in Beijing on December 19, 2025, Dai Baojia, Director of Domestic Channels and Value-Added Center at CATL's Aftermarket Business Department, delivered a keynote speech.

Dai emphasized CATL's commitment to innovation-driven development, highlighting that as of June 30, 2025, the company holds or has applied for 49,347 domestic and international patents. It leads or participates in drafting over 110 global standards, maintaining industry leadership in energy density, safety, low-temperature performance, battery lifespan, and charging efficiency. CATL continues to deliver products with long-range endurance, ultra-fast charging, and reliability. Currently, the company is collaborating on the development of civil electric aircraft, aiming to meet aviation-grade safety and quality requirements.

CATL serves customers across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage sectors worldwide. The company integrates diverse client needs, quality management systems, and after-sales service requirements into its R&D and service frameworks, building a management system from "customer demand" to "customer satisfaction."

In 2024, CATL launched "Ningjia Service," an independent aftermarket brand dedicated to providing global, multi-dimensional solutions. The brand focuses on six ecosystems spanning batteries, vehicles, energy, and aerospace, with zero-carbon initiatives, circular economy, aftermarket services, and new energy technologies as core pillars. Through a full-lifecycle service network, CATL aims to support clients in achieving sustainable futures.

To date, CATL has established 1,100 professional service stations globally, equipped with technical personnel and warehouses. The expansion has reduced service radii and improved response times, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ningjia Service follows a "1+N+M" strategy: - **1 (Core Foundation)**: Optimizing service efficiency, quality, and cost to elevate satisfaction. - **N (Internal Expansion)**: Leveraging integrated sales-service models to build a zero-carbon service ecosystem. - **M (External Collaboration)**: Connecting upstream-downstream industry chains to foster open partnerships.

Since its founding in 2011, CATL has emerged as a global leader in green mobility and clean energy storage solutions. Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2018, it ranked first in global power battery usage for six consecutive years (2018–2022) and energy storage battery shipments for two years (2021–2022). In 2023, CATL deepened strategic layouts in zero-carbon, battery swapping, and ultra-fast charging, while launching products like Shenxing PLUS batteries and Tianheng energy storage systems.

With 13 production bases and six R&D centers worldwide, CATL powers applications across land, sea, and air—including every third global NEV. Its core values—self-improvement, empowerment, perseverance, and innovation—drive its mission to replace fossil fuels with energy storage and battery solutions, advancing electrification and smart integration.

The presentation concluded with an invitation for deeper collaboration, underscoring CATL’s vision to contribute to humanity’s sustainable energy future.
