China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co. Limited (TRAD CHI MED) has released its circular, meeting notice and proxy form for the 2026 annual general meeting, scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on 26 June 2026 at Winteam Plaza, Foshan, Guangdong.

The bilingual documents are already accessible on both the corporate website (www.china-tcm.com.cn) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies; others may request them free of charge through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Aligning with the paperless listing regime that became effective on 31 December 2023 under Hong Kong Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B, TRAD CHI MED will henceforth distribute all corporate communications electronically. Future English and Chinese versions will be posted online, while shareholders will receive publication notices by post or email according to their stated preference.

The company is collecting valid email addresses via an enclosed reply form to ensure timely electronic delivery of all standard and actionable corporate communications. Shareholders who fail to provide a functional email address will continue to receive postal notifications and printed actionable documents until an email is supplied. Requests for printed copies will remain valid for one year from the date of instruction.
