The symposium centered on the goal of achieving high-quality development in Liaoning's micro-drama sector. Building on the region's profound historical and cultural heritage, it emphasized creating distinctive, high-quality "Liao-style" micro-dramas as a core objective. The focus remains on prioritizing content and quality, enhancing regional characteristics and contemporary relevance, closely aligning with market demands, conveying mainstream values, and effectively narrating the story of Liaoning.

Wang Donghui, Vice President of Liaoning Media College, stated, "Currently, the college is seizing the opportunity presented by the micro-drama industry's growth. We are delving into regional culture, structured around the four themes of cultural return, nostalgia return, craftsmanship return, and technological return, to build a creation system for premium 'Liao-style' micro-dramas. By adhering to the integration of industry and education, we are promoting deep involvement of both faculty and students in the entire process of creation, production, and promotion, thereby using micro-drama production to energize regional cultural development and the revitalization of Northeast China."
