KSH Holdings Limited said on Oct, 24 2025 that its wholly owned unit, KSH Blazar Pte. Ltd., has taken a 25% stake in joint-venture company Thomson Gem Pte. Ltd. through the subscription of 250 new ordinary shares for about 250 Singapore dollars.

The transaction raised Thomson Gem’s issued capital from 100 Singapore dollars to 1,000 Singapore dollars, giving KSH Blazar 250 shares out of a total 1,000. As a result, Thomson Gem becomes a 25%-owned associated company of KSH Holdings.

The purchase was funded with internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s earnings or net tangible assets for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026. No directors or controlling shareholders of KSH Holdings have any interest in the deal, the company said.
