Digital China Group: Company and Subsidiaries Have No Overdue Guarantee Situations

On the evening of September 24th, Digital China Group Co.,Ltd. issued an announcement stating that as of the announcement date, the total external guarantee amount of the company and its subsidiaries was 68.326 billion yuan. Among these, guarantee amounts separately reviewed by the shareholders' meeting included 370 million yuan and 521 million USD (equivalent to approximately 4.111 billion yuan in total when converted at real-time exchange rates). The company and its subsidiaries have not provided guarantees to entities outside the consolidated financial statements. The company and its subsidiaries have no overdue guarantee situations and no guarantees involving litigation.
