China Silver Group Maintains Stable Share Capital and Public Float in September 2026 Monthly Return

China Silver Group Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 3,946.34 million, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares.

China Silver Group affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring ongoing compliance with Hong Kong listing rules.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing agreements were outstanding or exercised in September. The company also reported no activity involving Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The filing, authorised by Company Secretary Chan Hon To, states that all regulatory obligations were duly fulfilled and that the issuer’s securities remain identical in all respects.
