On December 4, CPIC (China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.) announced that it recently received the "Approval of Wang Yuhua's Director Qualification at China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd." (Document No. Jin Fu [2025] 687) from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (referred to as "Financial Regulatory Authority"). The authority has approved Wang Yuhua's qualification to serve as a director of the company.
